Is there a contract?

No, there is no contract attached to any of the above plans. That means that you can cancel at any time for any reason. However, we feel you will see the value in our plans.

What if I have changes to make on my site?

Some of our packages include content changes at no extra cost, so if you foresee needing many changes made we recommend signing up for one of those packages. If you feel Bronze is all you need, content updates will be billed at our hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour charged.

Why are updates important?

By signing up for a plan with full site updates, we ensure that the WordPress Core and your plugins are up to date as a safeguard against susceptibilities.

What if my site breaks?

This is why we recommend that you use our Silver or Gold packages that include full site backups. With these backups, we can quickly restore your site within minutes unless there are outages beyond our power (e.g. hosting problems, or Internet connectivity issues).
